📍 Based in Central, TX — transitioning from entrepreneur to executive leader in construction. 

A Passion for Purpose & Performance 

Kovette Thorpe is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, and catalyst for growth. With over 25 years of experience across strategic roles in Manufacturing, HealthCare, Government Administration, and Pre-Construction. She is now embracing her next chapter as Vice President of Pre-Construction at QuomWorks, partnering with founder Shaquom D. Thorpe to scale the firm and elevate its market position. 

🏗️ Driving QuomWorks’ Growth 

In my new role, I will oversee all pre-construction phases including strategic planning, cost estimation, client consultation, and stakeholder engagement. My strengths include:  

    •    Delivering clear, data-driven pre-construction roadmaps 

    •    Aligning architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients 

    •    Ensuring seamless transitions from design to build—on time and within budget 

My leadership will be instrumental as QuomWorks enters new markets, expands its service offerings, and pursues larger commercial and governmental contracts.

As the creative force behind Caribbean Girl Kitchen, I have built a compelling culinary brand that celebrates Caribbean flavors and culture. With a strong brand identity and community engagement, I have solidified my reputation as a visionary business builder. 

Next steps include: 

    •    Securing and developing beachfront and or, Central TX brick and mortar locations 

    •    Launching pop-ups, catering partnerships, and regional expansion 

    •    Leveraging operational excellence for scalable growth across Central TX locations 

I am driven to advancing Caribbean Girl Kitchen as a thriving brick-and-mortar destination as I am driven for excellence at QuomWorks and in my personal endevours.
