Your Refund Policy
At QuomWorks LLC, customer satisfaction and quality assurance are always our top priority. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both parties across all of our service lines in construction.
Refund Policy

General Refund Terms
QuomWorks provides services under written estimates, contracts, or service agreements. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If work has not yet commenced, and a written request is received within 3 business days of payment.
- If a service was not delivered as described and agreed upon in the project contract or invoice.
- If QuomWorks fails to meet clearly defined project deadlines due to internal fault (not due to customer delays, weather, or uncontrollable events).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once materials have been purchased or custom products ordered.
- After labor has started or the site has been mobilized.
- For client-approved designs or digital renderings after final delivery.
- For permit, inspection, or third-party fees we’ve already processed on your behalf.
- If delays or issues arise due to customer indecision, inaccessibility, or lack of response.
Deposits and Cancellations
- All service deposits (typically 25%–50% of project cost) are non-refundable after 72 hours unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and confirmed by a QuomWorks representative.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- QuomWorks may issue a partial refund or credit at its discretion based on completed work.
